Staff from Hardstaff Barriers have been busy over recent weeks growing moustaches of different shapes and sizes – raising £1400 for charity.

Throughout November, four members of the team took part in the ‘Hardtash’ challenge to raise money for Movember, the men’s health charity.

Movember prioritises funding for the three biggest health issues facing men – mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Hardstaff Barriers is a leading manufacturer and supplier of roadside safety barriers and perimeter security systems, which are all designed to keep people and property safe.

Friends, family and colleagues of the fundraisers stepped up to support the men, ensuring that they exceeded their original target of £500. Hardstaff Barriers also donated £250 to the cause.

Comments from colleagues included: “Great effort guys, supporting a good cause” and “A great cause!! Looking forward to seeing hairy photos of all those that took part.”

Dave Todd, Director of Hardstaff Barriers, said: “We’re incredibly proud of our team for doing their bit to support such a worthwhile charity.

“And we’re grateful to the many people who showed their support for the fundraisers by making such generous donations. Well done Team Hardtash!”

Although Movember has ended you can still donate here.
