Richard is an experienced Civil and Structural Engineer. His specialism in VRS began over 20 years ago on his appointment as Project Manager, tasked with rewriting the then current VRS Standard TD19/85 and bringing it in line with the European Standards. He has remained at the vanguard of VRS and its development, sitting on several national and international committees and boards. As General Manager Technical and Engineering for Asset VRS and Hardstaff Barriers, Richard leads the technical side of the business.

Starting out in 1988 in conference policing, Niall has worked in the policing and temporary security sector for over 30 years. Bringing with him, extensive experience from a multitude of different perspectives and disciplines including as a Counter Terrorism Security Co-Ordinator for the Sussex Police. Now part of the HS Security team and the General Manager of Hardstaff Secure, Niall can provide expert advice on all aspects of temporary security schemes.

As Solutions Manager for Hardstaff Barriers, Nigel brings a wealth of industry experience especially around the vehicle restraint systems that are used across the UK. Key to his success is ensuring that the business keeps up to date with the latest highway safety regulations such as CD 377 where our VRS products including REBLOC meet these stringent requirements for delivering safety on UK road projects.
