FORS GOLD

Hardstaff Barriers has maintained its prestigious FORS Gold status for another year, in recognition of the company’s commitment to fleet safety, efficiency and environmental protection.

The leading manufacturer and supplier of protective barriers and perimeter security systems, first received Gold accreditation in the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) in 2019.

This week, the company learned that it had maintained its Gold status – the highest level that can be reached – thanks to its consistently high standards in fleet safety and operation.

FORS is a voluntary accreditation scheme that promotes best practice for commercial vehicle operators, and Gold is only awarded to exceptional operators who have met exacting targets.

Wes Baker, Fleet and Logistics Manager, said: “Hardstaff Barriers is extremely proud to achieve FORS Gold status for another year.

“This is testament to the hard work and diligence of the Hardstaff Barriers team in ensuring that safety, efficiency and environmental protection are our top priorities.

“The Hardstaff Barriers’ tagline is “For the Love of Lives,” and this latest accolade confirms that we stand by this, not only through our products, but with our approach to fleet safety too.”

In recent years, Hardstaff Barriers has achieved significant improvements through the FORS scheme, including reductions in fuel use and reduced CO2 emissions, lowered NOx and Particulate Matter emissions and improvements in road safety.

“This is testament to the hard work and diligence of the Hardstaff Barriers team in ensuring that safety, efficiency and environmental protection are our top priorities.”
